Easy Reindeer Brownies

If you love desserts that double as crafts you can make with the kids, then these reindeer brownie bites are going to be your new Christmas baking sidekick.
You get fudgy brownie bases from a pre-made mix (time saver!), a peanut butter cup center, and playful antlers in one adorable bite. They come together quickly and travel well, which is a must in our household during December’s chaos.
When I’m extra short on time, I just use pre-made brownie bites for a Christmas treat that’s ready in under 20 minutes.
My kids particularly like decorating the brownies, and I love how each reindeer treat they make has it’s own personality. Just be sure to have extra candies, and peanut butter cups on hand, as there’s usually quite a bit of snacking that happens.
Reindeer brownie bites are a lifesaver when you need something extra cute, but simple for your dessert trays, Christmas bake sales, and holiday treat boxes. I like to mix it up with some of my favorite Christmas cookies, and holiday fudge, like my kitchen sink holiday cookies, these pecan shortbread, and candy cane fudge for our neighbors, co-workers and teacher gifts too.
They’re a playful, bite-sized Christmas snack that’s perfect for any holiday gathering. So keep this recipe on hand, for whenever you need a simple and sweet treat kids and adults can’t resist.

How to Make Mini Reindeer Brownies

1. Preheat the oven & prep
Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin tin or use nonstick spray.
Optional: Line the muffin tin with mini cupcake liners to make it easier to get the brownies out.
2. Make the brownie batter
Mix the boxed brownie batter according to the package instructions.

3. Fill the mini muffin tin & bake
Divide the batter evenly into 22–24 mini muffin cups. Then bake the mini brownies for 13–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

4. Add the Reese’s cups
Let the brownies cool slightly, then press one unwrapped Reese’s miniature into each warm brownie.

5. Add antlers & faces
Gently remove brownies from the tin.
While still warm, press two pretzel antlers into each brownie by the Reese’s peanut butter cup. Use the cookie icing to attach two candy eyes and add an M&M nose.

6. Cool and serve
Let them cool completely before serving.

Storage Tips: Store reindeer brownie bites in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 – 4 days. The brownies freeze well (without the pretzels / face decorations) for up to 2 months.

Tips & Variations
- Swap the Reese’s cups for mini Rolos if you want a chocolate caramel version.
- For nut-free school parties, use nut-free chocolate cups or rolos instead of Reese’s.
- For a gluten free version, be sure to use a gluten free brownie mix, pretzels and candies.
- Use pre-made brownie bites for an even quicker craft and reindeer themed snack for kids (and adults!)
