Italian Pasta Salad is a meal I make for all sorts of occasions because my kids devour it every time. Busy weeknights, summer and spring meals, picnics, BBQs, camping and even on vacation.

If you make it with store bought Italian dressing it’s even quicker to prep, although I’ll often take a few extra minutes to make my own dressing.

Just like sandwiches for dinner are one of the easiest meals to make, so is this Italian Hoagie pasta salad.

Super filling, and you can make a huge bowl for your hungry crew in about 15 minutes, then just let it sit in the fridge until you’re ready to eat it.

I brought this out one night when my youngest had a friend over for dinner who was a bit of a picky eater. I didn’t know how it would go over with them, but surprisingly they loved it (well most of it. They just picked out a few things they didn’t like), and asked for seconds.
