They’re a dreamy mash up of soft pumpkin cookies and spiced cinnamon rolls, ideal for bake sales, afternoon snacks, as mini fall desserts or any fall get together.

I love trying new recipes from around the globe, and this Szarlotka Recipe (Polish Apple Pie) is such a fun twist on the more traditional Apple Pie we get over here in North America.
